Note:   Within a period of 60(sixty) days from the date of receipt of the application , completed in all respect, the

Sanctioning Authority shall reject the application if it is not in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the

NewTown Kolkata (Building) Rules 2009 . (Ref. Rule 10(b)).

Hence the architect is requested to check the drawings with Act and rules before submission.
